In the event that the client wishes to cancel the services provided, a notice must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service date. If the cancellation notice is NOT given within 24 hours of the service, the client will be responsible for paying 50% of the total service fee. This policy is strictly enforced and no exceptions will be made, ensuring that both parties are protected and can adequately manage their schedules. It is the client's responsibility to be aware of this cancellation policy and plan accordingly.
